Members on the flexiFED options have access to Fedhealth Savings to pay for day-to-day medical expenses.

If you choose the supercharged flexible savings option, you can safely and easily transfer Fedhealth Savings funds to use via our self-service platforms, as well as more conventional methods.

For self-service, use the Fedhealth Family Room online member portal, Fedhealth Member App or the USSD line to transfer Fedhealth Savings to use for day-to-day.

 

  1. Fedhealth Family Room member portal

Login, go to ‘MediVault’, click ‘Manage MediVault’ and follow the easy steps.

 

  1. Fedhealth Member App

The app is available from the Google Play and Apple App stores. Go to ‘Medical Aid’ and then choose ‘Wallet’.

 

For any queries while using the Fedhealth Family Room or the Fedhealth Member App, members can start a LiveChat with one of our agents.

 

  1. USSD

The USSD service is free. Simply dial *134*999*membernumber# and follow the prompts.

Tip: Save this number as Fedhealth USSD to your contacts, then you won’t need to remember or redial it.

 

Alternatively, members can also transfer Fedhealth Savings by using the following:

 

  • Fedhealth Customer Contact Centre – call 0860 002 153 for assistance from an agent.
  • Download the MediVault form and email the completed form to medivault@fedhealth.co.za
