Members on the flexiFED options can easily and safely transfer funds from their MediVault to their Wallet via our self-service platforms, as well as more conventional methods.
For self-service, they can use the Fedhealth Family Room online member portal, Fedhealth Member App or the USSD line to transfer funds to their Wallet.
- Fedhealth Family Room member portal
Login, go to ‘MediVault’, click ‘Manage MediVault’ and follow the easy steps.
- Fedhealth Member App
The app is available from the Google Play and Apple App stores. Go to ‘Medical Aid’ and then choose ‘Wallet’.
For any queries while using the Fedhealth Family Room or the Fedhealth Member App, members can start a LiveChat with one of our agents.
The USSD service is free. Simply dial *134*999*membernumber# and follow the prompts.
Tip: Save this number as Fedhealth USSD to your contacts, then you won’t need to remember or redial it.
Alternatively, members can also transfer funds to their Wallet by using the following:
- Fedhealth Customer Contact Centre– call 0860 002 153 for assistance from an agent
- Download the MediVault form and email the completed form to email@example.com
- Ask a LiveChat agent for assistance through the Fedhealth website.
