- Intermedia, Fedhealth’s exclusive broker newsletter. We use Intermedia to communicate breaking Scheme news and healthcare industry information relevant to your clients. A special launch edition is sent out every year shortly after the product launch so that you have all the latest benefit changes and contribution increases at hand.
- Incentive programmes such as League of Legends. We believe in rewarding hard work and giving credit where it’s due. One example of this is League of Legends – a tiered broker rewards programme where you could receive certain perks like marketing support based on the number of Fedhealth clients on your books. Watch this space, as we are currently revitalising this programme.
- Dedicated telephone line. Based on the number of Fedhealth clients you have, we also offer a direct phone line to a team to assist you as quickly as possible.
